About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate projects, setting clear goals, deadlines, and objectives.
  • Coordinate schedules, activities, and project personnel, including contractors and staff.
  • Place orders for supplies and services.
  • Track project progress and results, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and cost recording.
  • Consult with contractors and consultants on design, scope of work, cost, and bidding.
  • Inspect and monitor construction for compliance with project specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Attend product knowledge sessions, training, and events.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in construction or equipment project coordination.
  • Post-secondary education in Project Management, Architectural Technology, or a related field (asset).
  • Familiarity with the foodservice or construction industry (asset).

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Clear and professional communication skills for internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
  • Experience with project management software.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
