About the Role

Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate projects, setting clear goals, deadlines, and objectives.
- Coordinate schedules, activities, and project personnel, including contractors and staff.
- Place orders for supplies and services.
- Track project progress and results, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and cost recording.
- Consult with contractors and consultants on design, scope of work, cost, and bidding.
- Inspect and monitor construction for compliance with project specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Attend product knowledge sessions, training, and events.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in construction or equipment project coordination.
- Post-secondary education in Project Management, Architectural Technology, or a related field (asset).
- Familiarity with the foodservice or construction industry (asset).
Skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Clear and professional communication skills for internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
- Experience with project management software.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
