About the Role
Lead a high-stakes platform transition, rebuilding the backbone of partner and consumer interactions, ensuring a modern, scalable foundation without disrupting current revenue.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, scoping, and delivery of multi-workstream migration programs.
- Define and evolve the product roadmap, ensuring revenue retention during transition.
- Drive clarity on open questions across authentication, payments, and key features.
- Serve as a liaison between engineering, commercial, and external partners.
- Build durable, production-quality solutions within program constraints.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in product management, with proven experience building and launching a product from the ground up.
- Proven track record of cross-functional influence across engineering, operations, and business teams.
- Startup mindset with high ownership, low ego, and bias toward action in ambiguous environments.
- Strong user empathy and expertise in complex data analysis.
- Strong business acumen and systemic thinking, with ability to make strategic build-vs-defer tradeoffs.
- BA/BS degree.
- Experience with integration, partner portals, or API-layer work (nice to have).
- Experience operating within a two-sided marketplace (nice to have).
- Experience running small and large-scale A/B testing (nice to have).
