About the Role

Lead cross-functional planning and execution for major General Marketplace initiatives, driving high-impact program delivery aligned with core company objectives. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data partners to align roadmaps, manage dependencies, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across a wide portfolio of initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program delivery for client-facing marketplace objectives.
  • Build and maintain quarterly project plans for Product and Engineering, considering feature readiness, dependencies, and release strategies.
  • Track execution progress across initiatives, drive accountability via delivery reviews, and clarify critical path items.
  • Identify and manage inter-team and inter-org dependencies across various marketplace enhancement teams.
  • Provide regular status updates, surface risks and mitigation plans, and synthesize tradeoffs for senior and executive audiences.
  • Refine processes for quarterly and annual roadmap planning, investment tracking, and KPI delivery.
  • Collaborate with other TPMs to align plans and releases across partnerships and technical platform teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program management experience in a technical product or engineering environment.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in consumer marketplaces, e-commerce, or high-transactional volume platforms.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, including experimentation, feature rollout, and platform integrations.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including roadmap building, risk management, and delivery cadences (Agile/Scrum/OKR-aligned).
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity across multiple stakeholders and business units.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
