About the Role

This results-driven role focuses on owning regional pipeline growth across AI and non-AI offers. Responsibilities include building and executing country-specific go-to-market plans, improving lead quality and conversion, and identifying effective channels, markets, offers, and messages. The role involves close collaboration with SDRs, sales leaders, partnerships, agencies, freelancers, and global marketing teams to diagnose funnel gaps, optimize regional spend, and drive measurable growth across key AMER markets.

Responsibilities

  • Own AMER regional pipeline targets across AI and non-AI offers
  • Build and execute the AMER marketing plan by country, segment, and channel
  • Improve lead quality, conversion to opportunity, and pipeline efficiency
  • Identify reasons for market, channel, offer, and competitor wins or losses
  • Drive country-specific go-to-market plays for key AMER markets
  • Collaborate with SDRs, sales leaders, partnerships, and global marketing to improve conversion rates
  • Diagnose and resolve funnel leaks across various marketing elements
  • Develop regional growth strategies using diverse marketing channels
  • Create and execute recovery plans for underperforming markets
  • Ensure clarity, accountability, and measurable output from stakeholders
  • Recruit and manage regional freelancers or agencies as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B regional, demand generation, growth, or field marketing roles, ideally across the Americas
  • Strong understanding of pipeline generation, funnel conversion, lead quality, and sales-marketing alignment
  • Experience building and executing multi-channel marketing plans
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong collaboration skills with sales, SDR, partnerships, global marketing, agencies, and external vendors
  • Diagnose funnel issues and improve conversion across the buyer journey
  • Operate with revenue targets, clear KPIs, and accountability for business outcomes
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and project management skills
  • Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or contractors is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI, data, SaaS, or technology markets is a plus
