About the Role

Join the Extensibility Platform team to build and scale Docusign's App Development/Packaging/Distribution and Extensions Platform. Drive feature development for state-of-the-art solutions and deliver top-tier SaaS products. This individual contributor role focuses on ownership, transparency, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver features and products that delight customers while managing code base health through continuous refactoring and technical debt management
  • Collaborate with the team to implement software best practices, automated test strategies, and reduce the cost of change for software products and services
  • Develop high-quality, ship-ready code covered by a full test suite
  • Solve problems at scale and build fault-tolerant systems
  • Work with Product Management and developers to translate marketing requirements into design requirements and provide development estimates
  • Contribute to a cross-site development team to drive product design, implementation, testing, and release

Requirements

  • 5+ years of development experience or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Informatics, or equivalent
  • Experience with data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals
  • Experience working with C#, Node.js, Java, or other modern programming languages
  • Experience building cloud-native services using REST APIs and microservice-based architectures
  • Experience with the entire software development lifecycle, including version control (git), CICD pipelines, testing, and regional cloud deployments
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, prioritize work, and manage time effectively

Salary/Compensations

  • California: $146,400.00 - $235,375.00 base salary
  • Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $140,100.00 - $206,775.00 base salary
  • Eligible for company bonus plan (calculated as a percentage of eligible wages, dependent on company performance)
  • Eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
