About the Role
Serve as the face of Fairfield for prospective residents across multiple communities in the SF Bay Area, combining sales, customer service, and marketing expertise to create exceptional living experiences and drive leasing success.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents.
- Showcase community features and close leases.
- Deliver exceptional service and maintain resident retention.
- Manage lease files and system updates.
- Utilize Yardi software for leasing processes.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Update social media and execute marketing tasks.
- Monitor local market conditions and shop competitors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
- Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
- Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
