Responsibilities
- Implement and manage individual personnel measures in collaboration with the HR Operations Team.
- Serve as a sparring partner for leaders and employees on all People and Culture topics.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and operational regulations.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the works council.
- Advise and support management on HR-related projects.
- Determine, prepare, and analyze HR KPIs.
- Derive and manage personnel development needs in close collaboration with the Learning & Development team.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Team.
- Prepare decision-making bases for labor law matters.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration within the agency, across other agency brands (e.g., Meta Design, Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett, MSL, Media), and within Publicis Groupe.
- Take responsibility for specific topics and projects (e.g., annual reviews, employee surveys, culture projects).
- Exchange with local Feelgood teams.
- Enhance the visibility of People & Culture within the organization.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in People & Culture / HR Business Partnering, ideally in a dynamic or digital environment.
- Completed degree in business administration, social sciences, or a comparable field.
- Knowledge of labor law and works council constitution law.
- Experience advising managers and collaborating with works councils.
- Strong competence in organizational development, culture work, and talent topics.
- Strong empathetic and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, self-reflection, and responsibility.
