About the Role

The Senior Enterprise Account Director drives disciplined execution of enterprise strategies for complex, multi-entity health system partnerships. This role aligns closely with the Strategic Customer Vice President, serving as a trusted execution partner to translate enterprise priorities into coordinated action, sustained adoption, and measurable results. The Sr EAD manages critical regional and operational stakeholder relationships, translating system-level objectives into scalable regional plans. The position reinforces executive engagement, develops executive-ready insights, and supports enterprise governance forums. It requires strong executive presence, communication, and influence to lead within a highly matrixed environment, collaborating across various teams to align execution and address barriers. The Sr EAD partners with customers to diagnose needs, apply BD solutions, and co-create value propositions, KPIs, and dashboards. The role also leads complex initiatives including enterprise business reviews, implementations, contracting support, and compliance efforts to ensure disciplined follow-through and enterprise-level impact.

Responsibilities

  • Execute enterprise account strategies in partnership with the Strategic Customer Vice President, ensuring coordinated action and measurable results.
  • Translate complex, system-level objectives into scalable regional and operational execution plans across large health systems.
  • Manage critical regional and operational stakeholder relationships, building credibility through consistent value delivery and strong follow-through.
  • Support and advance executive-level engagement by developing executive-ready insights and materials for QBRs, executive sponsor meetings, and enterprise governance forums.
  • Lead through influence within a highly matrixed environment, collaborating across sales, clinical, marketing, service, solutions, and contracting teams to maintain alignment and momentum.
  • Partner with customers to diagnose needs and apply BD solutions within the broader enterprise strategy, supporting the co-creation of value propositions, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
  • Lead execution of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives including enterprise business reviews, implementations, contracting support, and adoption and compliance efforts.
  • Ensure disciplined execution, accountability, and consistency across all enterprise initiatives, delivering sustained adoption and enterprise-level impact.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years managing or supporting large IDN accounts with measurable results
  • 5+ years people leadership experience
  • 5+ years leading in a complex matrix organization to drive enterprise customer value
  • 5+ years of experience developing and delivering strategic customer solutions
  • 3+ years of owning implementation of part of the account strategy in partnership with an SCVP or NVP
