About the Role

The Enterprise Account Director (EAD) drives disciplined execution of enterprise strategies for large, multi-entity health system partnerships, aligning with the Strategic Customer Vice President (SCVP). This role translates system-level objectives into actionable regional and operational plans, ensuring consistent execution across facilities, service lines, and stakeholders. The EAD supports executive engagement, prepares insights, and facilitates enterprise governance forums. Success requires strong communication and influence within a complex matrix, collaborating with various internal teams. The EAD partners with customers to understand needs, applies BD solutions within the broader enterprise strategy, and supports the development of value propositions, KPIs, and dashboards. Additionally, the EAD leads complex initiatives including implementation support, contracting coordination, adoption efforts, and business review preparation, ensuring measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Execute enterprise account strategies in close partnership with the Strategic Customer Vice President (SCVP).
  • Translate enterprise-level goals into practical regional and operational plans for consistent execution across hospitals, sites of care, and service lines.
  • Support senior-level customer engagement by preparing content, insights, and updates for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive sponsor meetings.
  • Collaborate across sales, clinical, marketing, service, solutions, and contracting teams to align efforts and facilitate execution.
  • Partner with customers to understand local and regional priorities and apply BD solutions within the broader enterprise strategy.
  • Help shape and operationalize value propositions, KPIs, and dashboards to track progress, outcomes, and shared success.
  • Lead execution of complex initiatives, including implementation support, contracting coordination, and efforts to drive adoption and compliance.
  • Ensure strong follow-through on commitments, maintaining accountability, consistency, and measurable impact across enterprise initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years managing or supporting large IDN accounts with measurable results.
  • 5+ years people leadership experience.
  • 3 or more years leading in a complex matrix organization to drive enterprise customer value.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and delivering strategic customer solutions.
