About the Role
This role involves shaping how audiences experience a global blue-chip brand across markets and moments. It focuses on delivering best-in-class media planning and campaign execution, integrating digital, performance, and global strategy. Responsibilities
- Lead planning and delivery of media campaigns from briefing through to execution.
- Partner with strategy, digital, and performance teams to deliver integrated, full-funnel media solutions.
- Develop media recommendations grounded in audience insight, market nuance, and channel expertise.
- Manage campaign timelines, investment, and delivery to ensure quality, accuracy, and performance outcomes.
- Collaborate with local and international teams to support multi-market planning and execution.
- Contribute to the development of frameworks and playbooks that enable consistency across markets.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through clear communication and delivery excellence.
- Support campaign reporting and post-analysis, translating results into actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to innovate across channels and how offline integrates within broader media ecosystems.
- Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Lead post-campaign analysis, translating results into actionable learnings and future planning principles.
- Drive continuous optimization of channel mix, sequencing, and audience strategies to maximize impact.
- Coach and mentor, fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
- Work seamlessly across strategy, analytics, and specialist teams to deliver integrated, high-impact outputs.
- Champion new thinking in communications planning, pushing boundaries across digital, social, and emerging channels.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-funnel media planning experience across digital and offline channels.
- Experience in a regional or multi-market environment for complex, high-value client accounts (ideal).
- Excellent understanding of how offline media connects with digital, social, and performance channels.
- Exposure to complex or multi-market accounts, or a strong interest in global media environments.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple campaigns.
- Confident communication skills with the ability to build relationships and present ideas clearly.
- Analytical thinking, with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable recommendations.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn across evolving channels, platforms, and consumer behaviors.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
