Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with delivery leads and confidently lead client communications.
  • Manage and coordinate integrated project plans to achieve client strategic objectives.
  • Adapt and apply the Merkle delivery approach to meet project success metrics.
  • Establish and maintain consistent, high-quality project communication with all stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve status reporting and risk visibility.
  • Oversee project estimations and the development of project deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain processes to manage scope throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Champion project management best practices, including Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks.
  • Establish standard reports for project teams and clients.
  • Provide an infrastructure for constant health performance monitoring.
  • Ensure repeatable processes are in place and documented.
  • Work with Delivery Lead, Client Services, and Executive Sponsor for consistent, customer-focused delivery.
  • Serve as lead project manager on enterprise client engagements.
  • Ensure the team meets established timelines and goals.
  • Systematically track project tasks and risks.
  • Proactively resolve roadblocks before they impact successful delivery.
  • Provide accurate time and resourcing forecasting for existing and upcoming engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5-7+ years' experience in digital media, marketing, or analytics in a project management role.
  • Experience delivering digital media, technology, and analytics projects within an agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), and Workfront (considered a strong asset).
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to prioritize project deliverables and incident handling across the organization.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to lead distributed or hybrid teams while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong data literacy.
  • Comfort leveraging analytics and reporting tools to drive project decisions.
