Responsibilities

  • Process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information, availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
  • Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
  • Coordinate order delivery and pickup with operations teams.
  • Provide support to the Outside Sales team.
  • Adhere to pricing guidelines and customer financial services policies.

Requirements

  • Previous front-line customer service and sales experience.
  • Industry experience with construction or building materials (a plus).
  • Spanish bilingual proficiency (a plus).
  • Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
  • Eagerness and ability to learn and retain product information.
  • Basic math skills for construction materials and project calculations.
