Responsibilities
- Process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information, availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
- Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
- Coordinate order delivery and pickup with operations teams.
- Provide support to the Outside Sales team.
- Adhere to pricing guidelines and customer financial services policies.
Requirements
- Previous front-line customer service and sales experience.
- Industry experience with construction or building materials (a plus).
- Spanish bilingual proficiency (a plus).
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
- Eagerness and ability to learn and retain product information.
- Basic math skills for construction materials and project calculations.
