Assistant Managers in training support the General Manager by executing initiatives, championing company values, and coaching the team to uphold standards. They are teachable trainees eager to learn and apply feedback.
Responsibilities
- Serve and support the General Manager by executing initiatives
- Champion TEG’s values
- Coach the team to uphold TEG standards through continuous, gracious pressure
Requirements
- Work at least 2 weekend shifts and 2 night shifts per week, with two weeks' advance notice for time off requests
- Maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Perform physical activities including deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs
- Adhere to TEG’s Uniform Standards
