Assistant Managers in training serve and support their GM by executing their initiatives, championing TEG’s values, and coaching my team to uphold TEG standards through continuous, gracious pressure. They are a humble, teachable trainee who is eager to learn from and apply feedback from their GM and Region Leader.
Responsibilities
- Serve and support the GM by executing initiatives.
- Champion TEG’s values.
- Coach team to uphold TEG standards through continuous, gracious pressure.
- Learn from and apply feedback from the GM and Region Leader.
Requirements
- Work at least 2 weekend shifts and 2 night shifts per week, unless requested off in writing through email and TEG’s timekeeping software at least two weeks in advance.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Ability to handle physical activity such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
- Align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.
