About the Role

Support the delivery of influencer and social campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring efficient, timely, and high-standard execution. This role involves day-to-day campaign execution, including talent sourcing, outreach, briefing, content approvals, and reporting across various social platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily delivery of influencer and social campaigns, meeting timelines and deliverables.
  • Assist with talent research, sourcing, and vetting for campaigns.
  • Support content calendar development, including content, captions, and scheduling.
  • Manage talent outreach, negotiation support, and communications.
  • Coordinate briefing, content approvals, and feedback among clients, talent, and internal teams.
  • Track campaign budgets, deliverables, and timelines for smooth execution.
  • Support reporting and performance tracking, compiling insights and results.
  • Collaborate with Social, Content, Strategy, and Media teams for integrated campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months experience managing social and influencer campaigns, ideally in an agency.
  • Proven expertise with social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Strong interest in cultural trends.
  • Familiarity with the Australian influencer landscape.
