About the Role
Support the delivery of influencer and social campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring efficient, timely, and high-standard execution. This role involves day-to-day campaign execution, including talent sourcing, outreach, briefing, content approvals, and reporting across various social platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support daily delivery of influencer and social campaigns, meeting timelines and deliverables.
- Assist with talent research, sourcing, and vetting for campaigns.
- Support content calendar development, including content, captions, and scheduling.
- Manage talent outreach, negotiation support, and communications.
- Coordinate briefing, content approvals, and feedback among clients, talent, and internal teams.
- Track campaign budgets, deliverables, and timelines for smooth execution.
- Support reporting and performance tracking, compiling insights and results.
- Collaborate with Social, Content, Strategy, and Media teams for integrated campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months experience managing social and influencer campaigns, ideally in an agency.
- Proven expertise with social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Strong interest in cultural trends.
- Familiarity with the Australian influencer landscape.
