About the Role

This full-time opportunity involves shaping and growing a dynamic automotive service startup within the rapidly expanding fleet vertical. The role partners with the Director of Fleet Service Sales on national and regional fleet accounts to develop customer-focused sales and service strategies, driving quick growth, achieving targets, and ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Scale fleet service sales in relevant markets and industries.
  • Manage the sales funnel from prospecting and lead identification to presenting service offerings, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Understand customer service needs and position AutoNation Mobile Service as an efficient, cost-effective solution.
  • Align service agreements with relevant fleet staff members and partners.
  • Attend or monitor initial services to ensure smooth processes.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize performance and maximize satisfaction of new accounts, particularly during the initial phase.
  • Collaborate with Fleet Account Management for account transition, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in the automotive or related service industries.
  • Successful track record in B2B sales.
  • Relevant relationships in the fleet industry.
  • A consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to conduct a needs assessment.
  • Experience managing a sales funnel.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Drive to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and maintain customer satisfaction.
