About the Role

Partner with a leading financial services organization, supporting diverse business, commercial, and insurance offerings. This hands-on, fast-paced role involves bringing digital ecosystems, performance campaigns, and digital/content partnerships to life. Focus on strong client service and stakeholder management, managing timelines, coordinating delivery, and ensuring smooth campaign execution. Collaborate with cross-functional specialists to become a trusted day-to-day client partner, translating digital performance into clear conversations. The role emphasizes digital and performance channels, playing a critical part in planning and reporting always-on activity, offering significant career acceleration and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted, responsive day-to-day contact for clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Partner with client teams and cross-functional groups to deliver seamless, proactive, high-quality client service.
  • Manage key timelines and workflows, ensuring smooth execution of briefs, responses, and campaigns.
  • Support client conversations by clearly articulating digital performance, insights, and recommendations.
  • Build strong working relationships through structured, clear, and confident interactions.
  • Support planning, delivery, and optimization of digitally led, performance-focused campaigns, especially mid-to-lower funnel activity.
  • Collaborate with performance, digital, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are set up for success and optimized against KPIs.
  • Assist in interpreting results, learning agendas, and test-and-learn frameworks for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate reporting that translates data into clear, actionable client insights.
  • Act as a connector across strategy, analytics, digital, investment, and partner agencies.
  • Participate in cross-functional sessions, weekly WIPs, and learning forums to build channel capability.
  • Proactively flag risks, opportunities, and improvements to foster smarter ways of working.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail across budgets, specs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Take ownership of personal development, embracing learning opportunities and feedback.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a media agency or digital/performance-focused role, ideally in a fast-paced, client-led environment.
  • Confidence in managing end-to-end campaign delivery, reporting, and financial processes.
  • Strong understanding of digital and performance media, including campaign planning, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience working with performance data and insights, with the ability to present clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Solid understanding of the Australian digital media landscape.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, workstreams, and deadlines.
  • Client-first mindset with clear, professional communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaborative approach and enjoyment working with cross-functional specialists.
  • High numerical accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Curiosity, ambition, and a genuine desire to learn, grow, and develop.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present concise, actionable insights.
