About the Role
Roc Nation is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join the Roc Nation Sports International (RNSI) Social & Digital team in London. This entry-level opportunity focuses on building a career in sports, entertainment, and culture marketing, delivering engaging, real-time content across social platforms. The role involves day-to-day publishing and content coordination, supporting the digital team, and ensuring seamless coverage during evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate is highly organized, culturally aware, understands social platforms and internet culture, and is passionate about the intersection of sport and culture.
Responsibilities
- Publish content across RNSI's Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Support athletes by posting across their own channels.
- Support live posting during matches and key moments.
- Assist the wider team with evening and weekend social coverage.
- Ensure all posts are correctly formatted, proofread, and published on time.
- Monitor platform data and flag relevant trends, conversations, and opportunities.
- Support community management and social monitoring across accounts.
- Assist with reporting and basic performance tracking across channels.
- Help maintain organization across digital assets, captions, and approvals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends when required.
- Willingness and ability to work evenings, weekends, and select holidays for social media coverage.
- Possess work authorization that does not require employer sponsorship.
Skills
- Deep understanding of social platforms and internet culture.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
- Passion for sports, entertainment, music, and culture.
- Basic design or editing skills (helpful, not essential).
- Familiarity with Adobe creative suite.
