About the Role
The Audio/Print Hub manages strategic and operational audio and print media consulting for clients, covering the entire process from strategy development to campaign controlling. The role focuses on precise, regionally targeted media planning for local and hyper-local segments. This position involves responsibility for regional media planning, working on integrated multi-channel campaigns (Print, Audio), collaborating with clients, marketers, and internal specialists, and holistically managing planning, implementation, and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Advise and support clients independently on regional and local media planning.
- Develop integrated media plans for Print, Audio, and OOH campaigns based on client briefings.
- Utilize planning tools like regio.planbasix, ZIS, or AudioXpert for precise campaign control.
- Coordinate Out-of-Home measures with specialized marketers and partners.
- Collaborate closely with Account Management, clients, and media/production partners.
- Ensure end-to-end campaign implementation, from media planning to media buying and invoice verification.
- Serve as the central interface between media partners, internal teams, and external service providers.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in media planning, media consulting, or media buying, ideally in a regional/local media environment.
- Knowledge of classic local media channels (daily newspapers, ad papers, radio/audio, Out-of-Home) is beneficial.
- Experience in an agency, media, or marketing environment is beneficial.
- Proficient with planning tools like regio.planbasix, ZIS, or AudioXpert is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and confident demeanor.
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office 365.
