About the Role
The Head of People Experience ANZ is a strategic, innovative, and human-centered leader responsible for designing and delivering exceptional employee experiences across the ANZ region. This role redefines how people experience work, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the company's culture, values, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The role champions progressive people practices to foster engagement, belonging, and growth, enabling teams to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. It also leads Learning & Development and Workplace Experience teams to create a future-ready workforce and inspiring work environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a holistic employee experience aligned with global and local people and business strategies.
- Drive engagement, inclusion, and performance by leading enterprise initiatives.
- Enhance employee lifecycle experiences, embed human-centered design, and leverage technology and data for personalization and scale.
- Act as a strategic advisor and change leader.
- Ensure workforce capability, culture, and systems enable growth and transformation.
- Bring global best practices to life in ANZ, transforming strategies into meaningful, connected experiences for employees.
Requirements
- Significant experience in People & Culture, including leadership across Employee Experience, L&D, and/or DE&I.
- Proven ability to design and implement human-centered, inclusive strategies at scale.
- Strong background in change leadership, program delivery, and data-driven decision-making.
- Comfort with HR technology.
- Excitement for AI-enabled employee experiences.
