About the Role

Join our on-call nanny squad to create meaningful connections, joyful moments, and simplify families' lives. We seek individuals who love spending time with children, whether seasoned nannies, babysitters, daycare professionals, or retired teachers.

Responsibilities

• Engage children in fun, creative, and child-focused activities such as playing, reading, and arts and crafts in families' homes.
• Assist with school homework, including up to 5th-grade Math and English assignments.
• Maintain an active, kid-centric work environment, including activity cleanup.
• Engage in active outdoor play, weather permitting.

Requirements

• Available at least three days per week to work between 7am - 7pm.
• Possess a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license for transportation.
• Minimum of 1 year of day-to-day childcare experience with infants and older children.
• Provide 3 references: 2 childcare-related (paid or unpaid) and 1 character reference.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds.
• Ability to get up from and down to the floor multiple times daily.
• Ability to react quickly to situations.
• Ability to react to emergent situations calmly, effectively, and safely.

• Work within pre-determined locations.

• CPR/First Aid certification.
• California Trustline registration.

Salary/Compensations

• $23-$25 per hour.
• $34.5-$37.5 per hour for overtime.
