Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior strategic partner, leading paid search strategy, performance management, and executive business planning for $100M+ media investments.
- Operate as a strategist and hands-on practitioner, driving campaign architecture, optimization, execution oversight, and innovation.
- Manage complex enterprise account structures across SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid search platforms.
- Balance multiple stakeholder groups, competing priorities, and evolving growth objectives within an enterprise ecosystem.
- Drive strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, testing roadmaps, and performance optimization.
- Translate complex performance trends and insights into executive-level recommendations and action plans.
- Partner with Client Strategy, Analytics, Creative, and channel leadership for integrated marketing alignment and operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, growth, process improvement, and operational scalability.
- Lead, develop, mentor, and support a team of four Paid Search Specialists.
- Provide strong oversight of campaign execution, QA processes, account health, and delivery standards.
- Drive innovation and thought leadership in enterprise paid search strategy, automation, audience targeting, measurement, and optimization.
- Manage and escalate critical client or account issues, maintaining strong stakeholder trust.
- Stay current with emerging trends, platform changes, AI-driven search, and evolving enterprise paid media strategies.
Requirements
- 6+ years managing enterprise-level paid search programs in agency or client-side environments.
- Minimum 2 years of staff management experience, developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Proven success managing large-scale paid search investments and complex enterprise account structures.
- Experience supporting sophisticated SaaS, fintech, HR/payroll, SMB platform, or similar performance marketing businesses.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, campaign architecture, automation strategies, audience targeting, bidding frameworks, feed management, and enterprise optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging performance data, GA4, and enterprise analytics platforms.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to build trust and influence.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced enterprise environments, managing complex stakeholder relationships and competing priorities.
- Experience leading large-scale paid search engagements across multiple products, campaigns, audiences, and business objectives.
- Strong track record driving operational rigor, process improvement, and strategic recommendations through data-driven insights and executive communication.
