About the Role
This exciting opening is for a creative and proactive Conceptual Designer (midweight) to join the Leo network in Sydney. As a Conceptual Designer, you will be part of a team reinventing possibilities through bold ideas, human-centred design, and impactful work. You will develop innovative, impactful, omni-channel design solutions and drive creative campaigns for ambitious clients. The role involves solving human problems with creative power, supporting world-class campaigns, and ensuring effective, original design solutions. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with creative and studio teams to develop integrated design assets across digital, social, print, and branding, under mentorship.
- Conceptualise and deliver innovative design solutions that elevate brand narratives.
- Translate briefs from account teams into compelling visual stories.
- Create illustrations, logos, and custom typography aligned with brand guidelines.
- Educate and inspire the wider team on best-practice, user-centred design.
- Contribute to pitch decks and client presentations with high-impact visuals.
Requirements
- Creative thinker and self-starter.
- 4+ years of agency experience in integrated design.
- Collaborative spirit with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, social environment.
- Brings great energy to the team.
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong retouching skills.
- Strong typography skills.
- Strong typesetting skills.
- Ability to prepare artwork for both print and digital.
