About the Role
Support the Healthcare team as a Senior Account Manager Health.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop key client relationships, identifying needs and conducting strategic discussions independently.
- Oversee daily project work across multiple workstreams, including timings, budgets, and goal achievement.
- Contribute to strategic brand management, supporting planning and critically reviewing content for strategic fit.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary teams, including mentoring junior members and leading virtual project teams.
- Ensure operational excellence, managing budgets, process security, GDPR compliance, and actively driving efficiency.
Requirements
- Solid experience in healthcare communication, ideally with an agency background.
- Proven leadership skills, confidently guiding teams through complex, dynamic projects.
- Trusted point of contact for clients, with strong communication skills and experience managing stakeholders at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, resilient, and quality-oriented, maintaining oversight under pressure and delivering reliably.
