About the Role
Support the team in managing client projects within the Healthcare sector, from planning to implementation, ensuring budget, timing, and quality standards are met. Independently handle daily organizational tasks such as budget maintenance, invoice processing, and status reports, learning from an experienced team.
Responsibilities
- Support project implementation, ensuring timely, precise, and quality-oriented execution under senior team guidance.
- Coordinate account activities, including project status, tactical planning, and brand strategy.
- Organize project logistics, monitoring timings, budgets, and scope, and addressing risks proactively.
- Handle financial processes such as purchase order creation, budget tracking, and support invoicing and timesheets.
- Build reliable relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners, ensuring process compliance and GDPR adherence.
