About the Role
We are seeking an Adobe Workfront Architect to design and implement a connected ecosystem of platforms that drive hyper-personalization, data-driven decisions, and successful outcomes for our clients. As an Adobe Workfront Architect, you will lead new and existing implementation engagements with a focus on designing and implementing Content Supply Chain solutions for global brands. This position is ideal for someone with an aptitude for learning new platforms, contributing to new solution designs, and delivering results as a key member of a larger engagement team.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Adobe Workfront solutions to streamline content supply chain processes, including Generative AI enablement of content creation.
- Partner with client teams (marketing, creative, IT) to assess needs, recommend Workfront customizations, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Optimize content supply chain using Workfront for lifecycle management, bottleneck reduction, timely delivery, automation, and GenAI.
- Integrate Workfront with DAM systems (e.g., AEM Assets), creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and GenAI (e.g., Firefly, GenStudio).
- Build relationships and advise stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into business value.
- Create, deliver, and maintain detailed technical design documentation, including requirements mapping, process flows, and best practices.
- Provide best practices for business workflows, change management, user adoption, and system governance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Adobe Workfront design and implementation experience, or equivalent experience with workflow management and automation tools/systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Workfront architecture, features, and functionalities.
- Experience with system integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion, connectors, and APIs.
- Experience leading technical project teams.
- Experience guiding clients in content supply chain journeys and delivering technology-led digital transformation.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly narratives.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and prioritize workload.
- Results-driven, adaptable, and collaborative, with a passion for driving innovation and impact.
- Track record of innovation and thriving in ambiguity.
- Ability to travel approximately 10-20%.
