About the Role
Seeking an M&A professional at the Analyst through Manager level to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, project and people management, and a keen interest in growing their knowledge and skillset. This role involves deal sourcing, due diligence, and support for M&A transactions and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute outreach to potential sellers and M&A intermediaries.
- Perform due diligence, including reviewing financial statements, managing data rooms, monitoring request lists, reviewing and assessing M&A deliverables for fit, and identifying key value drivers.
- Support the execution of transactions by coordinating with internal teams, accounting advisors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management clearly and concisely.
- Assist in executing special project growth initiatives (operations analytics/dashboarding, big data, process improvement).
- Assist in creating internal and external M&A reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including brokers and advisors.
- Monitor industry developments and emerging trends to inform strategic planning and investment strategies.
