About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support the growth of an international property & specialty treaty portfolio
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers and cedants
- Review and price treaty risks using internal models and data tools
- Contribute to new business strategy and development initiatives
- Support marketing activity, client engagement, and market presence
- Use analytics and insight to help shape underwriting decisions
Requirements
- Treaty reinsurance experience (from broking or underwriting)
- Strong interest in moving into or further developing within underwriting
- Commercial awareness
- Analytical mindset
- Confidence working with data and communicating insights clearly
- Enjoys collaboration but is equally comfortable taking initiative
- Proactive thinker who wants to challenge the status quo and grow
