About the Role

Autodesk builds tools that power design and manufacturing, evolving into a Design and Make platform that connects the full lifecycle from idea to reality. Flow Studio, within Autodesk, is creating a new category at the intersection of AI, creativity, and storytelling. This role seeks a marketing leader with a builder mindset, experienced in fast-moving startup environments, capable of transforming product momentum into cultural relevance and growth by bringing unique consumer ideas to life. This is a role focused on creating something new, not maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the integrated marketing strategy across product, creative social, creators, lifecycle, earned media, and paid channels
  • Define content placement across social, owned channels, and campaigns
  • Translate product innovation, especially AI-driven capabilities, into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption
  • Partner with product and creative teams to ensure a cohesive, end-to-end story from feature to campaign
  • Establish a modern marketing operating model built for speed, testing, and continuous iteration
  • Ensure consistent and speedy team delivery, aligned with business priorities
  • Prioritize content creation
  • Scale creator and community-led storytelling as a core growth engine
  • Drive innovation in go-to-market strategies, leveraging AI-native tools and workflows
  • Own key growth metrics including awareness, engagement, conversion, and product usage
  • Track performance, identify effective strategies, and adjust accordingly

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience across product marketing, brand, and growth in modern, fast-moving environments
  • Experience in a startup or zero-to-one environment, demonstrating building rather than just optimizing
  • Strong creative instincts paired with performance discipline
  • Deep understanding of social, creator ecosystems, and content-driven growth
  • A point of view on how AI is transforming marketing, and hands-on experience using it
  • High level of ownership, low ego, and a bias toward action
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure where needed
  • Genuine care for the product and the people building it

Experience Level

  • 10+ years of experience
  • Experience in a startup or zero-to-one environment

Salary/Compensations

  • Starting base salary between $158,800 and $318,230 (U.S.-based roles)
  • Compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package
