About the Role

The Residential Security Agent provides static residential protection and physical security for a client. This role supports the security team's overall client coverage, performing protection activities at a designated site in Presidio Heights, San Francisco, CA. The anticipated start date is July 15, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide static protection and security duties for the client at a designated site.
• Manage family members to ensure safety and security precautions are maintained.
• Respond to emergencies and perform medical first aid operations.
• Deescalate tense situations or individuals.
• Communicate vulnerabilities or safety concerns promptly.
• Communicate with clients and management through incident reports and administrative tools.
• Conduct area patrols in and around the site and report suspicious activity.
• Assist with protection schedules and team assignments.
• Operate and maintain protective, operational, and communications equipment, including a vehicle.
• Identify and escalate deficiencies, failures, and security gaps promptly.
• Assist with intelligence and other duties within the Command Post.

Requirements

• Employment contingent upon passing a background check and driving history review.
• California BSIS Security Guard Permit (Required).
• California BSIS Security Exposed Weapons Permit (Required).
• California Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW) (Required).

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrated experience developing relationships on assignments.
• Ability to maintain composure with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public under urgency and pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Ability to work with children and manage protection in a family environment.
• Basic medical first aid training.
• AED.
• CPR certification preferred.

• 12-hour shifts
• 24/7 availability to the client while on a task
• May require domestic and international travel

Experience Level

• 5+ years of security experience
• 2+ years of executive protection/residential security team (RST) experience

Education Level

• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s degree preferable

Salary/Compensations

• Team Lead: $55 per hour
• Residential Security Agent: $51 per hour
