About the Role
Join the Financial Services vertical of the Large Customer Sales team as a Senior Client Partner. Form relationships with key brands and agencies, ensuring they meet business objectives using Reddit's advertising suite.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners to drive revenue growth.
- Construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients.
- Establish relationships with new clients, educating them on Reddit and its ads platform.
- Leverage relationships to identify new buyers of Reddit advertising products.
- Utilize data to inform client strategies and pitch proposals.
- Meet project deadlines, ensuring high-level customer service.
- Lead client meetings from agenda to presentation, setting expectations and communicating next steps.
- Serve as primary client contact for platform updates, releases, and opportunities.
- Provide strategic and consultative advice to clients to foster growth.
- Uncover client needs, leveraging product knowledge to align goals with platform opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to exceed client marketing goals.
- Shape ads product roadmap by sharing client feedback and campaign metrics.
- Provide thought leadership and act as a Reddit evangelist at industry events.
- Mentor and train team members using industry, client, and product expertise.
- Collaborate with Client Partners and Account Managers on cohesive strategies for shared accounts.
- Build and leverage internal relationships to achieve client and business goals.
Requirements
- 12+ years of digital media experience, with 7+ years in sales; Financial Services client experience preferred.
- Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise tech organizations.
- Proven experience managing C-level executive relationships.
- Deep industry expertise in specific verticals, product types, or measurement solutions.
- Deep existing relationships within agency and client direct sectors.
- Subject matter expertise in social media and native advertising.
- Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies.
- Demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets.
- Ability to lead special projects.
- BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience.
