Responsibilities
- Provide mortgage loan services to clients, supporting efficient and accurate loan servicing.
- Interview clients, obtain applications, disclosures, and supporting documentation; enter data into Loan Origination System.
- Analyze credit and financial information to recommend loan approval or denial.
- Participate in calling programs with realtors and referral sources.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and branch staff meetings to provide mortgage production information.
- Maintain awareness of competitor programs.
- Jointly establish annual quantitative client service objectives with supervisor.
- Ensure timely loan approval or denial.
- Maintain records and provide periodic reports.
- Assist clients and branch personnel with inquiries or service problems.
- Coordinate tasks with department and other personnel to ensure efficient information flow.
- Provide timely client service information for sales performance reports.
- Conform to General Performance Expectations.
- Comply with NMLS standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Specialized training in lending and real estate credit servicing.
- Minimum of three years experience in a related position.
- Proficient interpersonal skills in dealing with clients and all levels of management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to travel.
- Valid Driver’s License.
