About the Role

The Sales Development Rep-2 (SDR-2) executes initial steps of the sales process after completing a 10-week hands-on training program.

Responsibilities

  • Research and build targeted customer call sheets using LinkedIn and internal resources.
  • Document, track, and research leads from the Recruiter Lead Program.
  • Build customer profiles and talk tracks using tools like Seismic and Gong.
  • Perform outreach to targeted customers and document weekly activity.
  • Partner with the Director of Business Operations to identify lost customers using Inward Lens and generate new meetings.
  • Develop and manage new and existing customer relationships using Salesforce and Hoovers.
  • Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts.
  • Contact and meet prospective customers to establish needs, hiring cycles, and build relationships.
  • Prepare and present sales information and effective proposals.
  • Partner with the Delivery team to identify top IT talent for client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR Military experience OR Associates Degree with 3 years of professional experience OR 4 years of professional experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Sales Experience OR Degree in Sales OR Sales Internship Experience OR Active membership in a Collegiate Sales Club/ Organization.
  • A strong desire for a career in B2B Sales.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills, and a high standard of professionalism and character.
  • Ability to overcome obstacles without discouragement and collaborate with others to accomplish goals.
  • A strong propensity to learn.

Salary/Compensations

  • $80,000 + weekly commission + performance-based bonuses (quarterly and annually)
  • 10-week training compensation: $28 per hour and eligible for overtime
