About the Role
This role is an ambassadorial position within the Employee Services & Experience team, serving as the initial point of contact for phone calls, staff, visitors, and vendors. Responsibilities include managing employee services and benefits to foster a positive workplace culture and seamless employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a customer service focus, strong organizational skills, and critical thinking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Full working rights in Australia are required, as visa sponsorship is not available.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties including answering phone calls, taking messages, greeting visitors and contractors, booking couriers, and sorting mail.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee onsite services and inquiries at the front desk.
- Support the administrative setup of new hires, including arranging building access, taking new hire photos, and preparing new hire desks with stationary.
- Coordinate equipment and building maintenance, raising tenant service requests for repairs or arranging servicing for equipment.
- Maintain relationships with cleaners, including managing escalations.
- Maintain cleanliness, setup, and stock inventory for kitchens, cupboards, and meeting rooms.
- Coordinate team-based events with business stakeholders and support the delivery of company-wide events.
- Perform other administration duties, including ad hoc requests or short-term projects.
