About the Role

Consult with individuals and families on various personal insurance policies, including Auto, Homeowners, Condo, Personal Umbrella, Renters, Landlord, Motorcycle, Boat, and Vacant Dwelling policies.

Responsibilities

• Convert incoming leads, referrals, online quote requests, and warm opportunities into new business
• Build relationships and guide customers through coverage options
• Follow up consistently and professionally with prospects
• Utilize the agency's CRM and automation tools to manage opportunities efficiently
• Learn proven sales processes to improve close ratios and long-term retention
• Work independently while receiving coaching and support from leadership

Requirements

• Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
• Professional, positive, and coachable attitude
• Spanish-speaking (plus, not required)
