About the Role

This role involves building models, performing analytics, and creating AI features. The Senior Data Scientist I will serve as a domain expert in Data Science and Statistical Analyses, developing advanced models for production and executing team best practices.

Responsibilities

• Build models, perform analytics, and create AI features.
• Utilize various Data Science coding languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Java, C++, R, SAS, Scala) to implement solutions for business questions.
• Serve as a domain expert in Data Science and Statistical Analyses to build advanced models and ensure production readiness.
• Execute team's Data Science best practices.
• Scope and execute new statistical steps with senior support.
• Summarize and communicate conclusions and solutions to analytic and non-analytic stakeholders.
• Mentor junior Data Scientists.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupations.
• 2 years of experience demonstrating data analysis and machine learning ability using Python or R.
• 2 years of experience conducting statistical analysis and correlation analysis for data interpretation.
• 2 years of experience using machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence techniques.
• 2 years of experience creating data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
