About the Role

Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one and small-group instruction to students.
Record student performance notes while delivering structured lesson plans.
Implement positive reinforcement strategies to maximize learning.
Facilitate curriculum use for Lindamood-Bell Academy students.
Communicate professionally with clients and staff to ensure a positive learning environment.
Manage client records, both handwritten and electronic.

Requirements

Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, early childhood education certificate, or current enrollment in a degree program.
Passion for helping others succeed academically.
Ability to connect and engage with students of all ages.
Effective task-management capabilities during instructional sessions.
Strong reading, spelling, and comprehension skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Monday through Friday availability.
