About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you will partner with the Australia leadership team, driving strategic planning, operational rigor, and execution to scale the business. This role translates organizational priorities into action across all functions.
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, execute, and assess key strategic initiatives, developing project frameworks, defining success metrics, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing timelines and resources, and delivering actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and organizational impact.
- Identify bottlenecks and operational challenges across the business and implement scalable process, technology, and AI solutions that improve execution and business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and operational reviews that drive accountability and informed decision-making across the organization.
- Support the end-to-end event planning and logistics for internal and external events, including meetings, offsites, conferences, community events, and team gatherings.
- Support day-to-day operational needs that enable leaders and teams to perform at their best.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or chief of staff roles
- Ideally in a high-growth tech or marketplace environment
