About the Role

Summerhill Market seeks detail-driven, reliable team members who prioritize precision and presentation to join the Commissary Production team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately portion and package prepared foods, soups, and juices according to company specifications.
• Label, date, and seal products in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Ensure packaging meets quality and presentation standards before distribution.
• Maintain production pace while upholding accuracy and consistency.
• Follow all HACCP, sanitation, and health & safety procedures.
• Support inventory control and proper product rotation (FIFO).
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready.
• Assist other production areas as required based on daily operational needs.

Requirements

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift product as required.
• Availability for a consistent 12:00 PM start time.
