About the Role

Impact Valuation Group is expanding its appraiser network due to high demand for qualified appraisal orders. This opportunity offers licensed and certified residential appraisers flexible, optional volume without quotas or administrative burden, ideal for supplementing existing business.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential appraisal assignments independently and professionally
• Maintain reliable communication and responsiveness throughout the appraisal process
• Interact professionally with homeowners, agents, and lender partners
• Meet reasonable turn times while maintaining quality standards
• Complete IVG onboarding and panel setup requirements

Requirements

• Active Residential Appraiser license in good standing (state-licensed)
• Current E&O insurance meeting lender requirements
• USPAP-compliant appraisal practice with strong attention to quality and detail
• Ability to complete residential appraisal assignments independently and professionally
• Reliable communication and responsiveness throughout the appraisal process
• Familiarity with common appraisal software and forms (e.g., UAD-compliant reports)
• Ability to meet reasonable turn times while maintaining quality standards
• Professional demeanor when interacting with homeowners, agents, and lender partners
• Access to reliable transportation and tools required to complete field inspections
• Willingness to complete IVG onboarding and panel setup requirements

• 31–40 orders/month: 64% Certified, 54% Licensed
