About the Role

This role offers interesting tasks within a 4-day, 2-shift model at the Berlin Gillette plant, which produces razor heads for premium wet shaving systems using modern high-tech control and manufacturing technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and repair complex production facilities.
• Analyze and resolve malfunctions.
• Perform demanding maintenance and repair work.
• Conduct self-inspection and ensure quality and quantity standards.
• Develop and implement improvement suggestions.
• Support innovation projects and test run activities, including installation and commissioning.
• Collaborate closely with production-related functions and teams.
• Actively participate in daily prioritization processes, such as shift handover, including coordinating parallel tasks.
• Utilize digital operating and recording systems, such as SAP.

Requirements

• Ideally, relevant experience in an industrial production environment.
• Initiative, teamwork, and sense of responsibility.
• Good German language skills.
• Basic English language skills.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of network technology and components, including software.
• Knowledge of servo technology.
• PLC knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of image processing systems.
• Knowledge of systematic problem-solving methods.
