Requirements
- Passion for people
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to operate a variety of machines, tools, and equipment
- Visual acuity for safety and work accuracy
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for a minimum of 3 hours
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and kneel
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently
- Ability to repetitively lift 3 pounds to shoulder height
- Ability to grasp, finger, and reach
- Ability to express or exchange information verbally
Skills

Experience Level
- No prior barista experience required
Salary/Compensations
- Starting base hourly rate: $20.50 to $21.50
- Average additional earnings from tip pool: $7.00 per hour
