About the Role

This role involves the secure and physically demanding handling, movement, and storage of client records and information within the Operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting items for efficient workflow.
  • Securely manage records by moving boxes up to 50 pounds on and off shelving and carts, safely using a ladder as needed.
  • Operate wheeled carts and pallet jacks, and collaborate on pallet wrapping for safe transport.
  • Ensure compliance with physical security guidelines, maintaining customer information security and a clean, safe work environment.

Requirements

  • Experience and comfort with physical job demands including repetitive motions, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and sustain physical activity throughout the shift.

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail for accurate procedure following and confidential record security.
  • Effective reading, writing, and communication skills in English.

Salary/Compensations

  • Rate: $25.98 per hour - Union
  • Reasonably expected salary range: $58,400.00 - $73,000.00
