About the Role

The In-Store Warehouse Manager helps oversee the store's warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store warehouse operations.
• Prepare packing and shipping documents.
• Pick and stage outbound shipments.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Assemble customer orders from stock based on various order types.
• Sort and organize materials on racks, shelves, or bins by predetermined sequence.
• Complete inventory-related paperwork, including shipping, receiving, purchase orders, open orders, order check-off, and UPS documents.
• Ensure complete accuracy of store inventory.
• Clearly label all orders and back stock.
• Participate in the cycle counting program.
• Load and unload customer vehicles, ensuring proper paperwork completion and customer sign-off.
• Process incoming freight trucks in a timely manner.
• Operate equipment, including forklifts, for inventory movement.
• Inspect equipment to maintain good working order.
• Record amounts of product received and distributed.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Enter records into computer.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Ability to manually move and lift 50 to 100 lb. boxes of tile regularly.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends within a team rotation.
• High School Diploma.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Forklift certification or willingness to be certified.
