About the Role
Join the Big Data engineering team to build software for collecting, aggregating, and analyzing data at scale using continuous development methodologies. This role involves architecting and evolving the data pipeline to support larger volumes via cloud data warehouses, integrating new data sources, surfacing new features, and refining rating algorithms to deliver actionable security insights. Collaborate with data science and research teams to ensure data quality and integrity. We value strong generalists with critical thinking and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve the data pipeline to support larger volumes via cloud data warehouses.
- Deliver actionable security insights by integrating new data sources, surfacing new features, and refining rating algorithms.
- Collaborate with data science and research teams to ensure data quality and integrity for customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with modern Java or another object-oriented programming language
- Strong computer science fundamentals in design, data structures, and algorithms
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of engineers, designers, and product owners in delivering a product to end-users
- Excellent (English) written and verbal communication skills
