About the Role
Deliver a premium, personalized support experience to designated customers as their main technical support interaction point and technical advocate. Collaborate closely with the Success team to manage technical relationships while Customer Success Managers focus on strategic relationships and product adoption.
Responsibilities
- Assume ultimate responsibility for customer technical needs, including platform integration, performance, troubleshooting, and partner implementation.
- Serve as the main technical point of contact and trusted advisor for customers.
- Partner with Customer Success and Recurring Services teams, leading technical escalations and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and internal alignment.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Recurring Services teams to deliver product value by reducing risk, removing technical barriers, and driving feature adoption and execution within the Braze platform.
- Drive customer advocacy by championing technical needs and product enhancement requests.
- Collaborate closely with Braze recognized partners within the customer tech stack.
- Proactively analyze customer support cases to identify trends and risks in their Braze product experience.
- Assist customers in developing Centers of Excellence for seamless experience and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain regular customer contact through support cases, check-ins, kick-offs, events, and Technical Business Reviews.
- Collaborate with Onboarding Managers, Technical Account Management, and Customer Success Partners for seamless client transitions from onboarding to ongoing activity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university or similar experience-based proficiency level
- 3-6 years of client-facing experience in a SaaS company
- 2-3 years working in Technical Support
- 1-2 years account management experience
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills with unparalleled follow-up
- Ability to listen and understand client problems
- Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative role and contribute to cross-team initiatives
- Strong analytical skills for technical issues
- Experience handling time-sensitive, pressure-intensive customer issues
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing client demands
- Working knowledge of Case Management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Technical knowledge of leveraging APIs and writing basic SQL queries
- Experience working in Postman and Snowflake/Snowsight (bonus)
- Experience using the Braze platform (bonus)
- Technical domain knowledge of one or more of the following: Mobile Development (Swift, Java, Kotlin), Kibana, Snowflake, Datadog, Email architecture and deliverability (bonus)
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ruby, Java, or other programming language (bonus)
- Ability to work 11am - 7:30pm CT

Salary/Compensations
- Annual Salary: $85,000 - $112,500
- On Target Earnings (OTE): $95,000 - $125,000 (including bonus or commission)
