About the Role
RH is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support the daily operations of the kitchen and uphold the high standards for which RH Hospitality is known. As Dishwasher, you play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen environment, ensuring an elevated experience for our guests and seamless support for the culinary team.
Responsibilities
- Uphold RH’s sanitation and organization standards across kitchen areas.
- Efficiently clean all plateware, glassware, silverware, cookware, and utensils.
- Develop foundational knowledge of RH’s menu items and ingredients.
- Collaborate with team members on food prep, inventory organization, and cleaning tasks.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a high-volume, full-service culinary environment.
- Basic awareness of food safety standards.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of application.
- Meet minimum legal age for serving alcohol, working specific shifts, and performing kitchen responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Commitment to proper safety and sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen.
