About the Role

RH is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support the daily operations of the kitchen and uphold the high standards for which RH Hospitality is known. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality and consistency and takes pride in maintaining a pristine environment that enables the team to deliver a world-class culinary experience. As Dishwasher, you play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen environment, ensuring an elevated experience for our guests and seamless support for the culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RH’s sanitation and organization standards across kitchen areas.
• Efficiently clean all plateware, glassware, silverware, cookware, and utensils.
• Develop foundational knowledge of RH’s menu items and ingredients.
• Collaborate with team members on food prep, inventory organization, and cleaning tasks.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume, full-service culinary environment.
• Basic awareness of food safety standards.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of application.
• Meet minimum legal age for serving alcohol, working specific shifts, and performing kitchen responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Commitment to proper safety and sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen.
