About the Role

The Dishwasher role is crucial for maintaining clean and organized kitchens and storage areas. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detailed team player capable of adapting to restaurant needs.

Responsibilities

• Verify the quality and quantity of delivered items.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station to policy standards.
• Keep storage areas organized with visible supplies.
• Work closely with Line Cooks to ensure smooth service.
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in a timely manner.
• Prepare produce and ingredients following Manager instructions.
• Ensure guests and staff use clean dishes and utensils.
• Empty garbage, compost, and recycling bins.
• Break down boxes and containers for recycling.
• Keep property grounds clean by sweeping outside and shoveling snow (where applicable).

Requirements

• Open and flexible availability from 8 AM to 12 AM, including evenings and weekends.
• Able to complete physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods, lifting 50 lbs, bending, and reaching.
• Comfortable with handling a knife and cleaning solutions.
• Experience working in a kitchen, restaurant, or fast food chain (bonus).
