About the Role

Eulerity is a marketing technology company simplifying digital advertising for franchises and multi-location businesses, using machine learning and automation. In a pivotal '0 to 1' phase for financial infrastructure, we seek a hands-on Controller, Finance to professionalize accounting and prepare for growth. This role involves taking full ownership of financial operations, ensuring impeccable books and precise cash flow management. While strategic for future fundraising, the primary focus is operational, managing pass-through costs, reconciliations, and financial reporting as the sole owner of the finance function.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and the general ledger, ensuring data accuracy.
Actively manage and reconcile pass-through media costs, understanding gross vs. net revenue in AdTech and ensuring correct client media budget accounting.
Rigorously monitor cash flow, burn rate, and runway, providing leadership with accurate, real-time liquidity views.
Establish and execute a disciplined month-end close process, producing timely financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Implement professional financial workflows, controls, and scalable software stacks (e.g., billing, expense management).
Structure financial historicals and models to support due diligence for future fundraising.
Build financial models for growth forecasting and assist CEO in long-term planning.
Partner with CEO/CTO/COO to navigate debt and equity financing, utilizing knowledge of Venture Capital and Venture Debt structures.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on finance/accounting experience.
Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or Digital Agencies preferred.
Comfortable handling high-volume media pass-throughs.
Experience setting up financial systems in a startup environment.
Willingness to perform hands-on work without delegation.
Expert in QuickBooks Online (or Xero).
Expert in Excel.
Working knowledge of Venture Debt and Equity financing.
