Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer experiences to encourage repeat visits.
- Build rapport with customers to identify suitable products and services.
- Deliver positive experiences and build trust with every customer daily.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is an asset.
- Bilingualism is welcome (French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Tagalog, Hindi, Punjabi, Thai, and more).
- Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions offered in Quebec.
- Provide 32 hours of weekly availability, including continuous 5-hour shifts on weekdays and weekends, with a minimum of two opening and two closing shifts, and full weekday availability for one day.
- Shifts must be at least 5 hours long.

Salary/Compensations
- Competitive hourly wage and uncapped commissions.
- Total compensation range: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour.
- Hourly rate may vary based on candidate experience level.
- Compensation range includes a commission percentage based on average earnings of similar roles.
- Commission payment is conditional on meeting eligibility requirements and policies, which may be modified by the company.
