About the Role

Requirements

  • Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is an asset.
  • Bilingualism is welcome (French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Tagalog, Hindi, Punjabi, Thai, and more).
  • Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions offered in Quebec.
  • Provide 32 hours of weekly availability, including continuous 5-hour shifts on weekdays and weekends, with a minimum of two opening and two closing shifts, and full weekday availability for one day.
  • Shifts must be at least 5 hours long.
  • Flexible schedule.

Salary/Compensations

  • Competitive hourly wage and uncapped commissions.
  • Total compensation range: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour.
  • Hourly rate may vary based on candidate experience level.
  • Compensation range includes a commission percentage based on average earnings of similar roles.
  • Commission payment is conditional on meeting eligibility requirements and policies, which may be modified by the company.
